Dinepensahan ni House Speaker Martin Romualdez ang bilyong pisong alokasyon ng Kongreso para sa financial assistance o ayuda.

"It is our duty to ensure that no Filipino falls through the cracks, especially in times of crisis," ayon sa House Speaker ngayong Miyerkules, Dec. 18.

Dagdag ng House Speaker, handa ang administrasyon na patunayan kung saan napupunta ang pondo para sa ayuda.

"Ang may hawak ng pondo, ang mga departmento tulad ng Department of Social Welfare and Development, Department of Labor and Employment, at Department of Health. Sila ang nagpapatakbo ng programa, hindi ang Kongreso." Via News5
