❓ Help Power light only 936 modem

mga sir pahelp po bigla kasi nag no service yung modem ko then hinard reset ko sya. Nag stock kasi sya sa blinking white lang for 15 mins kaya hinugot ko yung plug. Then after nun tulala nalang sya sa power light. Natry ko na yung new proceduce openline ni sir mulot pero still no luck. Salamat sa tutulong Godbless
