Pano mag-set ng price kapag starting pa lang sa commissions?

As the title says, i've been doing some of my friend's (and other people) layout designs and etc more often than not kaya naisipan ko na mag-start ng commission...ang mali ko lang siguro is hindi ko sila sinisingil sa mga pinapagawa nila sakin.
