There is an app to back up my rooted device if i accidentaly erase any important system file?

Before rooting:
Install cwm( clockworkmode) for your device just in case you bootloop your device
Backapp everything
Use:
Titanium backup pro. apk

Use Kingo root for android my son uses it on his flare 5.1 lollipop and it's really works

Yes you can still install cwm for your device for safety precaution
In case you do some alteration or modification on your device.
