Career Growth and Reality of Life

Good day everyone!

Medyo naguguluhan lang po ako since gusto ko na tlaga mg settle sa isang trabaho or industry since breadwinner ako I'm a VA though on a VA agency and salary is decent since wfh but need ko ng stable Job since I know VA Industry is not good choice for settlement correct me If I'm wrong since VA ako ng insurance and not those VA na media and other in demands type of VA and need ko na tlaga ng settlement sa job for my parents sake since my Mom and Step father are getting near on the age na hindi na sila capable mag work. pinag tataka ko lang is I'm only son and 2 years na akong nakapag tapos ng pag aaral and palagi nilang sinasbi na wala silang masyadong naging savings and wala din silang bahay, and gusto na nila mag for good dito sa province and naprepressure ako since directly na sinasabi sakin ng mama ko na need ko ipaayos yung fam house since magiging samin na daw yun di ko lang sure if ibibigay talaga ng ate nya. though unti unti naman daw ipaapgawa hindi isang bagsakan para di kawawa bduget ko , bigat lang isipin na nag bwebwelo palang ako sa career ko and di pa ako sure kung anong path tatahakin ko eh ganto na kaagad yung challenges na binigay sakin.


I'm a graduate of Computer Science degree but I'm not really good in programming so the choice of being programmer is not ideal for me , I'm good or decent in Graphic designing pero sa tools for UI/UX Designer eh 0 exp ako minsan gamit ko lang nun sa designing sa capstone namin eh Cαиνα lang or any website tools na capable of UI designing. I have civil service eligibility and planning to enter govt job pero the career and salary their based on people who worked/working there is not good daw like di ko na daw dapat subukann and go for private nalang daw.

Any tips/advice po? salamat sa mga mag babasa neto at mag shsahre ng thoughts nila

try abroad. kung di kaya dito. why stick dito. sa totoo lang sobrang baba ng salary sa philippines kung mag settle ka lang sa minimum wages. parang nag tratrabaho ka nalang para sa utang at para sa ibang tao. labas ka din minsan sa comfort zone mo. sabi mo may civil services eligibility ka. gamitin mo yan. lalo sa mga government offices. malaki sahod dun.

Mas ok kung kaya mo bumili nalang ng sarili lupa kesa umasa na ibibigay nga sa inyo yung bahay sa probinsya. Di ko alam halaga ng lupa sa probinsya pero tingin ko hindi sya kasing mahal tulad dito sa syudad.

first of all you have no obligation over your parents, you are not the heir of their failures in life, put them in least priority and put yourself at the top most priority if you want a life that is not as failing as your parents, nasa government ako, maliit sahod if permanent item, but maganda ang perks so goods na sakin si government, if you want more then go abroad
