Off Guard

Cong. Rodante Marcoleta raised a HIGHLY VALID CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUE that caught the House of Representatives of the Philippines off guard.

The question was directed at the Chairperson of the committee, but Mr. Chair ATTY JOEL CHUA appeared to have no understanding of the hearing he was presiding over.

Several legal citations went unanswered, exposing the fact that those conducting the hearing are IGNORANT OF THE LAW.
