Hello! I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're facing with your new Logitech G335 headset. It can be frustrating when you encounter issues after investing in a new product. Let's try to troubleshoot the problem together.

First, let's make sure the connections are correct:
1. Ensure that the 3.5mm jack of the headset is securely plugged into the correct port on your computer or splitter.
2. Check if the splitter is compatible with the headset and your computer's audio ports.

Next, let's check the settings on your computer:
1. Right-click on the speaker icon in the system tray and select "Open Sound settings."
2. Under the "Output" section, make sure the Logitech G335 headset is selected as the default device for audio output.
3. Similarly, under the "Input" section, ensure that the headset is selected as the default device for audio input.

If the above steps don't resolve the issue, let's try updating or reinstalling the audio drivers:
1. Go to Device Manager by pressing Windows key + X and selecting Device Manager.
2. Expand the "Sound, video and game controllers" section.
3. Right-click on your audio device (likely Realtek HD Audio) and select "Update driver" or "Uninstall device" followed by a restart to reinstall the drivers automatically.

If the problem persists, you can also try the following:
1. Test the headset on a different device to see if the issue is with the headset itself.
2. Contact Logitech customer support for further assistance or to inquire about a possible replacement if the headset is found to be faulty.

I hope these steps help you resolve the issue and get your Logitech G335 headset working properly for your work. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance!
