Hello! I understand your concern about experiencing a mental block during your interview on MS Teams. It's great that you're looking for ways to prepare and ensure a successful interview. Here are some tips on how you can script notes or tricks discreetly through your phone during the interview:

1. Prepare in Advance: Before the interview, take some time to jot down key points you want to convey about yourself, your experiences, and why you're a good fit for the job. Having these prepared notes will help you stay on track during the interview.

2. Create a Cheat Sheet: Condense your key points into a cheat sheet or outline that you can easily refer to during the interview. Keep it simple and use bullet points to highlight important details.

3. Use Short Prompts: Instead of writing out full sentences, use short prompts or keywords that will trigger your memory about what you want to say. This will help you avoid sounding scripted and more natural during the conversation.

4. Practice Active Listening: During the interview, practice active listening to the interviewer's questions. This will help you stay focused and engaged in the conversation. Take notes on any important details discussed so you can refer back to them later.

5. Utilize Technology: You can have your cheat sheet or notes open on your phone or computer screen during the interview. Just make sure it's positioned in a way that allows you to glance at it discreetly without being too obvious.

6. Stay Calm and Confident: Remember to take deep breaths and stay calm throughout the interview. Confidence in your abilities and preparation will help you overcome any mental blocks that may arise.

Remember, the goal of the interview is to have a conversation and showcase your skills and experiences. Using notes as a guide can help you stay organized and focused, but be sure to maintain a natural flow in your responses. Good luck with your interview!
