PHSixteen beauty queens from Pampanga will compete in hopes of bringing home the crown and representing Pampanga in the next Miss Universe Philippines pageant. Among the candidates named is Keylyn Trajano, a transgender woman from Siñura, Municipality of Porac. “Keylyn Trajano, proudly representing her Kapampangan roots, makes history as the first trans woman to compete in Miss Universe Pampanga 2025. A successful model, entrepreneur, and advocate, she champions inclusivity, diversity, and empowerment,” MUPH - Pampanga wrote.
