'PEPITO' ENTERS PAR

Pagasa reported that Tropical Cyclone Man-Yi intensified into a severe tropical storm as it entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility at 8 p.m. Thursday, November 14, 2024. It was given the local name "Pepito."
