Help Needed for Downgrading Globe At Home ZLT S10G Router Firmware

Hello PHCorner community,
I have a Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi ZLT S10G router with firmware version 3.11.6, and I need to downgrade it to version 2.00. I’m facing some issues with the current firmware, and I’ve tried reaching out to Globe, but they couldn’t provide the downgrade file. Has anyone successfully downgraded their ZLT S10G router? If so, could you guide me on how to do it or share the firmware file for version 2.00? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
