I am a former AT&T employee that's why I know how to check if pwedeng ma-unlock yung phone online. Unfortunately, your device is not yet ρáíd-off. It's not possible to unlock your phone. AT&T now run checks every once in a while sa devices due to a surge of unlock fraud in the past kaya kahit ipa-unlock mo yan (illegally), magla-lock pa rin yan once detected by the system
