Di yan comparable sa elevenlabs dahil upgraded models ang gamit nila with some added features for emotion, pausing, etc.

Halos lahat naman ng free tts ay ganyan. It's either they provide a limited use of premium voices for a certain time limit/session, character limits per day or per month etc. Test nyo muna yung sample voices sa Tagalog kung pasok sa pandinig ninyo. Yang Play.ht, ttsmaker, ttsfree, narakeet are just sample sites.
Maganda ang quality ng TTSMaker kahit same Corpus ang gamit sa filipino voices nila na gamit din ng Google TTS. Ayos din yung free plan nila w/ no login - to prevent misuse of their api he he. Meron kasi dati yan.

Since Tagalog TTS ang hanap ninyo as free alternative to the premium voices of 11Labs, ito yung kadalasang pampain ng mga free TTS sites aside from the the free and unlimited GTTS (na gamit sa Google Translate v2 - latest), yung Edge TTS ng Microsoft Azure. Nasa Balabolka di mga yan, pero yung Edge TTS is free when you use the Microsoft Edge API. sa Microsoft Azure, limited ang free use - needs an api when you exceed the limits.

Yan yung best free alternative at highly tweakable. Hanapin nyo na lang yung thread ko para dyan or look for edge tts browser addon, Sa github, marami rin may GUI pero kayo yung mag-set ng language sa code kung di kasali.

Ang alam kong base package na free open source, na merong LLM support for chat, TTS, STT, Talking and interactive AI visual characters, atbp. ay yung SillyTavern. AIO kasi siya.Base app lang yan at kayo mag-input ng ibang requirements like extensions at apis:

Malawak yung area na ito dahil may 2d, 3d, face tracking, VR, pwedeng sumayaw/tumalon, with or w/o AI, atbp. depende sa app he he. Yung unang na-test kong vtube app may kaunting interaction at palaru-laro lang sa screen w/o AI he he. Gumagalaw lang thru voice command.

Kung lahat ng binanggit ko ay di pala yung hinahanap mo, malamang ang gusto mo lang ay yung "display animated characters na gumagamit ng face tracking webcam, na nag-lipsync habang nagsasalita ka sa microphone.
