A 10-year-old boy in Navotas City said that his mother and his mother's partner forced him to sell drugs and would hurt him if he disobeyed.

i remember duterte also hinted on decreasing the minor ages down to 7 years old so kids above 7 can be formally charged with a crime, which i support na din, ayaw ko ng pa-lousy lousy na batas, gusto ko swift serving of justice, lousiness lang makukuha ng society if papa-control pa rin sa teachings ng religion
