i would rather say it is safe if sumasabit sa pulis ang criminality as compared to walang alam ang pulis sa nangyayaring crime, mas maraming police itervention mas safer so-to-speak, though kahit naging safest city ang Davao di ko pa rin nagustuhan ang rubrics na ginamit since the award is based on the lowest number of crimes, the correct basis is the highest number of recorded crimes dapat plus the trend
