🔒 Closed Hotel network setup

A relative is about to setup his hotel with function hall and I'm just curious what are needed (SW and Hardware) to set it up. LAN and telephone cables are already installed to each room and I know that this requires help from professionals and an IT personnel. He just need some advice and suggestions.
