actually law term yung topic at hindi ma-gets ni Risa yung "guilt is personal," that it is not something that can be passed on to another individual, he takes full responsibility but he is not the guilty one, siya mismo nag sabi na may lapses nga yung drug war, hindi yun mata-transfer ang guilty verdict from the police officers to duterte because it is personal nga, if nag murder yung pulis obviously hindi yun kasama sa gustong mangyari ni digong (he protects the police in the performance of their duties but if nagloko he will kill them), but digong acknowledges it as a lapse sa drug war niya
