PCol. Hector Grijaldo admitted that he was directed and forced by the Quad Committee in the House to confirm the existence of a reward system for the war on drugs during the Duterte Administration.

He stated that he was against this and that there was no actual reward system in place.

Grijaldo also named Laguna Rep. Dan Fernandez and Manila Rep. Benny Abante as the ones who encouraged him to do so.
