if you disable background services, you can't multitask meaning your app will restart every time you press home button or switch to another app. this is for very low ram devices. what I would recommend is greenify only. check advanced doze option and if you got pro and xposed framework. check everything aside from deep hybernation. (app notifications like facebook, fb messeneger, snapchat, twitter etc2 will not work). grats
