PHNEWS UPDATE: Leyte 4th District Rep. Richard Gomez, Tabango Mayor Bernard Remandaba, lawyer Rem Veloso, and 10 members of the PNP-CIDG are facing charges of conspiracy for grave coercion and grave threat.
The charges were filed today by a barangay captain at the prosecutor's office, alleging they pressured a complainant to sign a sworn affidavit implicating former Leyte 3rd District Rep. Ching Veloso in a 2016 killing.
