Look I'm an HR. I interviewed many applicants before. to be honest it really depends kung ano in apply mong work.
You just need to be sincere, honest. And also trustworthy in most part of the job.
Kung nag hihire ako. hindi ko hinahanap ang mga sobrang confident. kasi nayayabangan ako. yung sakto lang. humble pero madali kausap at di putol putol salita.

Sa questionaire mo na yan. parang office work na may halong customer service with dealing people..

Well mas better pwede kita ituro kahit one time lang.
