PHTwo years after the Summit War, chaos ensues on the Sabaody Archipelago as the Straw Hat Pirates are making their return. A young girl takes that chance to try and give her idol Nami a fan letter, but the mayhem on the archipelago gets in the way. All the same, the various citizens who were touched by the other Straw Hats might unknowingly give her a different chance to prove herself.
