For me. its better to use other AI platforms since meta AI is connected to my real account.
The conversation is not end to end encrypted. so there's a huge possibility that our conversation will be reviewed and they will know all about my information.

I would rather use other AI platform and use a dummy account. even if its not end to end encrypted and can be reviewed by others. they won't exactly know who the person chat with that conversation.

In short. more privacy. better

I think it depends on how will you use it? will you tell the Ai your personal info ?
if you'll just use it to search like "what is the recipe for gintaan pako" or something like that or anything you want to search. besides you can use that even without load and it is much more convenient.. just saying..
