Ano kaya magandang gawin sa Globe Fiber line ko hindi ko magamit since last month pero binabayaran ko parin. Reason why hindi ko magamit dahil naka install sa old house namin na binenta na then ngayon ipapalipat ko sa bagong location namin hindi daw mailipat dahil wala daw facility sa new location ko.
They provided me two options:
1. Temporary disconnection for 30days then resume service if wala parin facility
2. Account termination (Which will lead for me na bayaran yung napakalaking remaining months ng contract 2499 per remaining month)
Please help kung merong ibang way para dito since talo talaga ako on both options they provided napaka hassle and frustrating.
