Hello guys!
Context : Suddenly nag low volume yung external speaker ko sa PC. Maayos naman sya for the past months.
I tried gamitin sa phone ko and spare laptop yung speaker, all goods naman.
I tried update/rollback/install updated driver sa audio still nothing works.
Ang hindi ko pa na-try ay magkabit ng new speaker sa pc kasi wala ako extra speaker.

For now I am using headset and okay naman lahat sa audio.
- Kaya I need help kasi hindi ko ma-pinpoint saan ang problem. 😆
Every help is appreciated. Thank you in advance. PS. I am using windwows 10.

Hello! It's great that you've already tried some troubleshooting steps to fix the issue with your external speaker. Since you've tested the speaker with other devices and it works fine, the problem might be related to your PC's settings or hardware. Here are some additional steps you can try to resolve the low volume issue with your external speaker:

1. Check Volume Mixer Settings:
- Right-click on the speaker icon in the taskbar and select "Open Volume Mixer."
- Make sure that the volume levels for all applications and devices are set to an appropriate level, including the external speaker.

2. Check Sound Settings:
- Right-click on the speaker icon in the taskbar and select "Open Sound settings."
- Under the "Output" section, make sure your external speaker is selected as the default playback device.

3. Disable Audio Enhancements:
- Right-click on the speaker icon in the taskbar and select "Sounds."
- Go to the "Playback" tab, right-click on your external speaker, and select "Properties."
- In the Enhancements tab, check the box that says "Disable all enhancements" and click OK.

4. Update Audio Drivers Manually:
- Visit the website of your PC's manufacturer or the audio device manufacturer and download the latest audio drivers for your specific model.
- Install the drivers manually and restart your PC.

5. Check Physical Connections:
- Ensure that the speaker's cables are securely connected to the PC's audio output port.
- Try using a different audio cable or port on your PC.

6. Run Windows Troubleshooter:
- Type "Troubleshoot" in the Windows search bar and select "Troubleshoot settings."
- Under "Get up and running," select "Playing Audio" and follow the on-screen instructions.

If none of the above steps work, it could be a hardware issue with your PC's audio output. In that case, you may need to consider getting your PC checked by a technician or using a different external speaker to see if the problem persists. Hopefully, one of these solutions will help you resolve the low volume issue with your external speaker. Let me know if you need further assistance!
