Hello im asking for help how to find bughost on my sim and how to make ehi or psiphon config of it? Need help

I have one bughost 200ok but i cannot connect to it using psiphon or any other handler? Does it related to my bughost? Even if its 200ok if conection is slow then it will not connect at all?

Mukhang hindi bughost yan kailangan mo muna i ping yan kung accessible siya sa local IP mo. Pano mo na discover, thru online scanner ba?
