Hello! I'm sorry to hear about your situation. It's important to address the ticket you received for violating the Anti-Littering Law promptly to avoid further penalties. Since you mentioned that you received a letter from the MTC (Metropolitan Trial Court), it's crucial to take action as soon as possible.

Here are some steps you can take to settle the payment for the ticket:

1. Contact the MTC: Reach out to the Metropolitan Trial Court that sent you the letter and inquire about the status of your case. They can provide you with information on how to settle the payment for the ticket.

2. Payment Options: Ask the MTC about the available payment options for settling the fine. They may accept payment through various methods such as online payment, bank deposit, or over-the-counter payment at designated locations.

3. Negotiate: If you are facing difficulties in paying the full amount, you can try negotiating with the MTC for a possible reduction or installment plan. Explain your situation and see if they can offer you any flexibility in payment terms.

4. Compliance: Ensure that you comply with any requirements set by the MTC for settling the fine. Follow their instructions carefully to avoid any additional penalties or legal actions.

5. Seek Legal Advice: If you are unsure about the process or need further assistance, consider consulting with a lawyer who specializes in handling traffic violations and legal matters related to fines.

Remember that it's essential to address this issue promptly to prevent it from escalating further. I hope this information helps, and best of luck in resolving your situation!
