Try mo yan idol off anti virus > click office 2019 install > uninstall office

or off mo realtime protection sa windows defender tska mo unzip yung file then open mo yung file click office 2019 install lalabas yung sa 2nd pic may nakalagay dyan uninstall office wait mo lang matpos, tpos okay nayan tsaka ka mag install ng MS OFFICE NA 2016
