GROUNDS FOR MEDICAL DISQUALIFICATIONS
1. Under height and overweight or obese;
2. Defective Visual Perception (color blindness, near sighted/far sighted with corrective eyeglasses or lens, nystagmus,strabismus);
3. Physical Deformities Example: bowlegged or con******* defects;
4. Polydactyly (more likely to have an extra little finger or toes);
5. Microtia or con******* deformity where the pinna (external ear) is underdeveloped;
6. Disfigured or *******ed part of the body;
7. Perforated ear drum, chronic sinusitis, bleeding tendencies, haemorrhoids, hernia (if not treated), varicocele;
8.Extensive skin disorders (Rosacea - which is characterized by small, red, pus-filled bumps on the face;
9. Psoriasis,- skin with scaly, itchy, and dry patches;
10. Vitiligo- results in large, irregular patches of skin;
11. Cases of Alopecia;
12. History of heart disease, hypertension, asthma, active PTB(Tuberculosis), kidney and liver diseases, epileptic seizure disorders;
13. Hypertension or high blood/ anemic;
14. Underwent major surgical operations; communicable diseases (such as AIDS, Hepatitis, VD etc.);
15. Full dentures, Cleft lip and palate, malocclusion, Deformities of the face, Open bite, Speech defect,
four(4) missing front teeth and/or six (6) posterior/molars;
16. Tattoos and other brotherhood marks, ear piercing (male only);
17. Goiter; History of *******cy; Presence of ****** mass; Painful menstruation;
18. Any other similar defects which may hinder in the Cadetship Training Program.
