I am having the same problem with fanget I have a Toshiba 16GB USB. It doesn't display on My Computer but it can be found on Devices and Printers named (TOSHIBA USB DRV) and it notifies on safely remove hardware and eject media.

I tried method 2 or the CMD method but it gives me an error
Cannot open volume for direct access.

Any advise po?
