PHConverge subscriber since 2019 and old router paren router namen which is F660 and it only support 2.4Ghz. It started as 25mbps then now it's 200mbps for 1500 pesos with a 99 pesos promo for additional 100 mbps, so ang plan is 300mbps, I even doubled check a customer support and 350mbps daw yung connection. I tried contacting them and talking personally na 60mbps lang speed, because you know 2.4ghz and kaya isagad yung speed to 80mbps pag 40mhz. I tried asking for a router replacement that support dual band (2.4Ghz and 5Ghz), pero sabi nila wala pa daw new router na binibigay or need mo mag bayad ng 2500 pesos for replacement, does this shit make sense? I remember asking PLDT for a router replacement back then and they just gave them for free, but converge can't do the same? I even bought a 3rd party router which is F670L which has dual band, but damn 200mbps lang kaya bigay nito and there's a missing 100 mbps, so there's really no point in paying extra 99 pesos for a speed that I can't get at hindi nga ma reach yung at 30% nung 300mbps. Can I report this to NTC or DICT?
