PHNBI Director Jaime Santiago said complaints of perjury, falsification and obstruction of justice were filed against Guo and lawyer Elmer Galicia, plus four alleged accomplices: Dante Catapay, Cheryl Medina, Catherine Salazar and Geraldine Pepito.
