Hi guys, baka may mga tips or recommendation kayo. Pagka-gabi kasi parang wala na ako energy, antok agad and pagod na pagod unlike dati hindi naman ganito, busy lagi sa work. Kaya hirap din mapabigyan si jowa minsan pag-kinakalabit ako sa gabi, oh kaya ang bilis lang ng rounds namin hindi na daw katulad ng dati haha :p gusto ko sana parang maboost yung energy kahit gabi na.

1. How to increase/boost energy?
2. Safe ba uminom ng redbull?
3. Are there any recommended vitamins for this type of scenario?
4. Will try to workout/exercise, medyo busy lang sa work for now hirap isingit sa sched, but hindi ba mas mapapagod yung katawan?

But yeah healthy living is the key. Iwas bisyo lang talaga at stress. Kahit di kana mag-exercise sa gym, walking is enough.
Plus try Booster C sa 7/11...Bago ko lang sya natry and yes effective siya if you want to stay all night but moderate mo lang dahil hindi din maganda sa katawan ang too much caffeine intake.

Thanks sir, baka nga ito kulang ko. mga 7pm palang kasi parang ramdam na ramdam ko na yung pagod at antok. ano reco mo sir sa Vit D bukod sa pagpapaaraw
