nag try ako sa messenger kausapin si smart then ayun my sinabi si smart:
pa share naman ng mga possible reason nyo.. baka ma open pa data ng ating block sim. salamat po

1) PDF copy of a written request for clarification with your name, address, contact number, and signature
2) Clear photo of government-issued ID
3) Photo of the SIM Card clearly showing the mobile number
4) Selfie photo of registered subscriber holding the government-issued ID

Magkakaroon talaga yan kung nagpaload ka at may offer si smart. ganyan ginawa ko di nagpapaload tapos may offer sya 10GB Free if magpaload ka ng 50 Pesos
