Help cannot conntect printer wirelessly

Pahelp naman naka connect yung pc ko via lan sa router and yung printer via Wifi which is epson l565 hindi siya ma detect ng pc ko kaht naka connect na sa wifi. Pahelp naman thank you.

kapag wifi dongle nadedetect yung printer 2.4 ghz, pero kapag naka LAN hindi madetect same network naman

check mo settings ng router

Ping mo yong ip address ng printer sa cmd, kung walang response change mo yong ip to static, default kasi yan dhcp.

Also, update firmware/driver ng printer, turn off firewall, anti-virus and other security setting, etc.
