TS. Bias po ang speedtest.net when it comes to Smart and PLDT.
Smart prioritizes their data on speedtest.net so that it would be faster than their competitors.
I suggest you use other speed test websites to see the differences.

Also regarding the speed on downloading. it depends maybe the server is full or theirs a limit on how fast you can download at their app/ website.
but if its still slow.
Maybe you can restart your device and retry it again. or if your using your phone but have access to the computer. why not download the app in the computer and transfer it through the phone po.

Grabe kahit pala normal promo is Speed Cap na? Kala ko sa Unli lang ako speedcap? Pero sakin goods pag mga may data allocation promo like Magic Data wala speed cap. Si UNLIDATA599 at UNLIDATA1499 is speed cap sakin na umay na rin ako. Pwede mo ma bypass via DNS sa playstore kaso minsan di kumakagat yung mga DNS sa Youtube pwede pang bypass speed yung WARP then dami Key diyan sa mga forum hanap nalang ng available pa. Then yung WARP cap siya sa Playstore nang 500kbps pa rin base sa mga observation ko if need ko mag update mga apps or download malaking files sa Playstore gagawa nalang ako VPN na OPENVPN Config sa TCPVPN or VPNJantit.
