Hello! I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your laptop keyboard. It's important to address liquid s***** on electronic devices promptly to prevent damage. Since your keyboard is not functioning properly after being exposed to *******, here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Turn off the laptop: Immediately power off your laptop to prevent any further damage. Unplug it from the power source and remove the battery if possible.

2. Dry the laptop: To allow any remaining ******* to evaporate, you can place the laptop in a well-ventilated area for at least 24-48 hours. You can also use a hairdryer on a cool setting to gently blow air into the keyboard to aid in the drying process.

3. External keyboard: In the meantime, you can connect an external USB keyboard to your laptop to continue using it until the internal keyboard issue is resolved.

4. Professional repair: If the keyboard keys are still unresponsive after drying, you may need to take your laptop to a professional technician for repair. They can assess the extent of the damage and either clean or replace the keyboard as needed.

As for the cost of repairing or replacing the keyboard, it can vary depending on the extent of the damage and the technician's fees. Since you mentioned that you are a student, you can inquire about student discounts or check if the laptop is still under warranty for possible coverage of the repair costs.

I hope these steps help resolve the issue with your Lenovo Ideapad 3 i5 11th gen laptop. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask. Good luck with the repair process!
