Hello! I understand your frustration with your device not charging properly despite trying different troubleshooting steps. There could be several reasons why your device is not charging properly, even after following YouTube tutorials. Here are some common issues and solutions you can try:

1. Faulty Charger or Power Adapter: Sometimes the issue lies with the charger or power adapter rather than the device itself. Try using a different charger or power adapter to see if that resolves the charging problem.

2. Damaged Charging Port: The charging port on your device may be damaged or dirty, preventing a proper connection with the charger. You can try cleaning the charging port with a soft brush or compressed air to remove any debris that may be obstructing the connection.

3. Battery Health: If your device is older, the battery may have degraded over time and no longer holds a charge effectively. In this case, you may need to replace the battery to resolve the charging issue.

4. Software Glitch: Sometimes a software glitch can cause charging problems. Try restarting your device or performing a soft reset to see if that helps.

5. Overheating: If your device is overheating while charging, it may prevent it from charging properly. Make sure your device is not overheating and is placed in a well-ventilated area while charging.

6. Hardware Defect: If none of the above solutions work, there may be a hardware defect with your device that requires professional repair. In this case, it's best to contact the manufacturer or a certified technician for assistance.

If you've tried all these steps and the issue still persists, it's recommended to seek help from a professional technician who can diagnose the problem accurately and provide a solution.
