Hello! I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with your laptop not turning on properly after it goes to sleep. This can be a frustrating problem to deal with. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve this issue:

1. Update Drivers: Make sure all your drivers, especially the graphics and chipset drivers, are up to date. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause issues with sleep mode.

2. Power Settings: Check your power settings and make sure they are configured correctly. You can access these settings by going to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options.

3. BIOS Update: Check if there is a BIOS update available for your laptop. Sometimes updating the BIOS can resolve power management issues.

4. Disable Fast Startup: In some cases, disabling Fast Startup can help resolve power-related issues. You can disable Fast Startup by going to Control Panel > Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do.

5. Check for Malware: Run a full system scan with your antivirus software to ensure that malware is not causing the issue.

6. Check Event Viewer: You can check the Event Viewer for any error messages related to the power issue. Look for any critical errors or warnings that occurred around the time your laptop failed to wake up from sleep mode.

If none of these steps help resolve the issue, it may be a hardware problem, such as a faulty power supply or motherboard issue. In that case, it's best to contact MSI support or a professional technician for further assistance.
