Anyone here who could help ano kaya solution sa sim ko na nakakareceive ng text pero out of coverage lagi kapag tinatawagan? Natry ko na magrestart at magclear cache pero wala pa rin.


UPDATE: Tried switching both sims and had the same result. This could really be a VOLTE problem, although it was stated on the website that my old phone has it.

Nothing to worries sa ganyan pops. Ganyan talaga ang dito lalo na kung panget ang Panahon. Kahit nga in normal weather condition need mong mag redial ng ilang beses para mag push thru yung tawag.

okay naman siya sa pantawag sir, ang problem ko sa kanya is hindi siya matawagan talaga kahit anong weather condition mag 2 months na to sakin pero never ko siyang napa-ring which is weird kasi yung isa kong dito sim na kasabay lang din nito never had a problem like this.

Test mo muna sir using other sim.

Im using redmi note 10 para sa dito sim na may problem with calls. I checked sa xiaomi if it supports volte and it does naman daw. I'll try tomorrow na pagpalitin both sim sa dalawang phones para masiguro na simcard problem siya. Update ko na lang dito.

Depende yan sa cp ng tinatawagan mo dapat may volte din.. Pero pag wala di mo sya matawagan....based sa experience ko..

volte nga ata talaga, chineck ko din sa site meron daw pero nung tinry ko ilipat yung sim na nakakatawag dun sa isa kong phone, ayaw na naman.
