The first LPA is inside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR), located 440 kilometers east of Casiguran, Aurora.
It has low chance of developing into a tropical cyclone in the next 24 hours.
The second LPA is outside the PAR located 2,145 kilometers east of Eastern Visayas.
It has a moderate chance of developing into a cyclone.
Meanwhile, much of the country may experience cloudy weather with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the southwest monsoon or habagat, PAGASA said.
