PHA kindergartner was killed after he was hammered while sleeping inside his house in Mandaon, Masbate.
The suspect, a neighbor, however, was immediately arrested.
According to the police, the victim was sleeping alongside his aunt when the suspect entered the house and hammered the boy with a steel hammer.
He was brought to the hospital, but was declared dead on arrival.
