The Congress' "PET PROJECTS" Budget Insertions During BICAM

Look at this graph of DPWH SPECIAL SUPPORT PROGRAM (SSP).

Remember ang Foreign Assisted Projects na dapat magbibigay ng long term solutions to address mga pagbabaha, at Ibang infrastructure projects were ZEROED OUT at NILIPAT nila sa Unprogmammed Appropriations (not priority), kasi ito ang mga INUNA, PRIORITIZED nila.

The green color iyan po ang PROPOSED BUDGET na makikita sa National Expenditure Program (NEP).

The blue color is the APPROVED BUDGET na makikita sa General Appropriations Act (GAA).

MAKIKITA PO NINYO MAGKANO ANG MGA SININGIT NILA sa BICAM.
