Hello! It's unusual for a computer to experience a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) when plugging in a mouse. However, there could be a few reasons behind this issue:

1. Faulty Mouse Driver: Outdated or corrupted mouse drivers can cause conflicts with the system, leading to a BSOD when the mouse is plugged in.

2. Hardware Incompatibility: Sometimes, certain mouse models may not be compatible with the computer, causing issues when connected.

3. Power Surge: If the mouse is drawing too much power from the USB port, it could cause a power surge and trigger a BSOD.

To troubleshoot this problem, you can try the following steps:

1. Update Mouse Drivers: Go to the device manager, locate the mouse, right-click, and select "Update Driver." You can also visit the manufacturer's website to download the latest driver.

2. Try a Different USB Port: If the issue persists, try plugging the mouse into a different USB port to rule out any port-specific problems.

3. Check for Power Issues: Test the mouse on another computer to see if it causes a BSOD. If it does, the mouse may be faulty and need replacement.

4. Scan for Malware: Sometimes, malware can cause unusual behavior in devices connected to the computer. Run a full antivirus scan to rule out this possibility.

If the issue continues after trying these steps, it might be best to consult a professional technician to diagnose the problem further.
