PHDid you know that for the year 2022, the Department of Agriculture, then headed by none other than Marcos Jr. himself, was issued Notices of Suspension, Notices of Charge, and Notices of Disallowance amounting to 1.24 BILLION Pesos due to non-compliance with various laws, rules, and regulations?
In fact, the DPWH and the DOTR were also slapped with Notices of Disallowance amounting to 5.3 Billion and 1.4 Billion Pesos respectively in the same year. This goes to show that NoD’s are pretty common, with Inday’s being one of the smaller amounts flagged.
