hi guys

meron lang akong tanong, currently employed ako sa isang pogo (kasama po ito sa legit) ngayon kinakausap kami ng hr kung gusto ba daw namin mag stay in sa january 2025, mag uunderground na ata sila. ngayon ayoko kasi sumama, and ineexpect ko na yung separation pay and 13th month ko. pero ang sabi nila wala daw mabibigay na separation pay since finorce daw sila mag close ng govt. ano po kaya pwede kong gawing steps guys. gusto ko ipa dole e. kaso sa dec pa matatapos tong pinapasukan ko then by nxt year na sila mag tatago. please respect po. i need advise especially sa mga hr dyan.

apply ka na agad sa iba bossing, tas lipat ka na lang, wag mo na problimahin ang separation pay kasi si DOLE na bahala dun, isipin mo muna ang malilipatan mo

Better report it sa dole after kayo tanggalin.. Kasi kung legit yan although finorce sila na magstop as an employer need nila bayaran ang employee nila.
