BREAKING The Court of Appeals 22nd Division in Cagayan De Oro City has just NULLIFIED the Temporary Protection Order (TPO) in favor of KOJC issued by Branch 15 RTC in Davao City.

The last bastion of our democracy will now be the Supreme Court. If it upholds the CA decision, I would have to believe we are a already a FAILED State.

Pinawalang-bisa ng 22nd Division ng Court of Appeals sa Cagayan de Oro City ang temporary protection order na inilabas ng RTC Branch 15 ng Davao City sa KOJC Compound.

Sa desisyong inilabas ng nakatataas na korte, "The Court finds that the public respondent RTC Branch 15 - Davao City has acted without authority in taking cognizance of the [writ of] amparo case. It follows that the issuance of temporary protection order has no basis."

Baylon na head ng 22nd division ng court of appeals na siyang nag void ng TPO on grounds na wala daw jurisdiction ang Davao court since nalipat na sa NCR ang kaso ni Quiboloy

sabi ni Torreon mali ang court of appeals dahil hindi naman si Quiboloy ang humingi ng protection kundi yung KOJC which is an entirely different entity kaya ibang kaso ito so Davao court pa din ang authorized court to issue TPO

Yes plus kakasohan pa ata nila yung judge ngrelease ng TPO. Bangagan na talaga.
