❓ Help Smart Network, san pwede sila i email?

Hello po, desperado na po talaga ako, wala kase signal na 4g ang smart samin, ngayun gusto ko sana mag email sa kanila para iparating ang concern ko, baka sakali mapansin. Ang meron lang kase samin is 3.5g lang. Ang hirap kase ng ganito nag rerely kami sa internet para sa pang araw araw tapos napaka hina ng signal.

nag try na ako tumawag sa *888 sabi nila covered daw yung lugar namin, sabi ko oo covered nga pero dun lang sa ibang part dito sa subdivision namin walang signal talaga ng 4g. Ayaw maniwala sakin ng CSR eh.

baka po may makapag bigay ng email address ng smart na pwede ko ma sendan ng concern ko.
