Quiboloy was indicted by a federal grand jury in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, Santa Ana, California, for conspiracy to engage in * trafficking by force, fraud and coercion and * trafficking of children; *** trafficking by force, fraud and coercion; conspiracy; and bulk cash smuggling, and on November 10, 2021, a federal warrant was issued for his arrest.

Wala kang awa sa sarili mo ha. Ganito na lang, sagutin mo to:

1. kelan cya nag-undergo ng trial?
2. Sinong Judge ang nagbigay ng hatol sa kanya?

Article III, Section 14(2) of the 1987 Philippine Constitution states :​

"In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall be presumed innocent until the contrary is proved."
This means that anyone accused of a crime is legally presumed innocent until proven guilty through a fair trial.

Quit the ad hominem lol di moko masasaktan ng mga salita mo, naaawa nalang ako sa'yo kasi puro insult nalabas sa bibig mo. It shows that you didn't have proper education. While me, on the other hand, I am privileged, educated, open-minded, and well mannered. Actually it's not for the sake of the argument but para imulat kayong mga mangmang para umunlad naman tong bansa natin. Well goodluck nalangz. Si Lord napo ang bahala sa'yo.

sayang medyo bumibilib na ko sana sayo utoy kaso parang di mo ata alam ang ibig sabihin ng indicted eh. ibubulong ko na lang sana sayo para di ka naman mapahiya sa kanila kaso ang layo mo eh. eto utoy oh.. indicted ibig sabihin, formally accused of.. sa tagalog, pormal na inaakusahan. pag inaakusahan pa lang, hindi pa guilty. alam mo yun? oh cge tapos mo basahin to tulog ka na tas pag gising mo kinabukasan, siguradong nahimasmasan ka na nyan.
