Ano po bang VPN yung pwede videocall? pahelp nmn po

I do think Skype is currently the most popular, yung mga VPN for Voip ay hindi yata supported ng Network. Search mo na lang kung may nagana kay Globe.

By the way VPNs are primarily designed to gain access sa mga restricted/blocked sites ng ISP. Kung hindi naman restricted yung target destination mo. Much better mag legit video call ka na lang.
